STOCK AVAILABILITY

While Trinity Robes makes every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the true availability of stock, sometimes an item shown to be available online may be out of stock. If an item you ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and, based on your preference, either cancel and refund that particular item or your entire order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

As our orders are processed and dispatched quickly, we are unable to cancel or change any details in your order once it has been placed. If you have any problems with your order, please contact support@trinityrobes.com as soon as possible. Please be advised that you also have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
